Purchasing Information
If you are interested in possibly adding one of our current or future puppies to your family please fill out the form on our GoodDog page below and we will get back with you ASAP.
Our Puppies are born and raised inside our home and are socialized daily with children and other pets. We also raise all of our puppies on the Puppy Culture Program. They are typically ready to leave when they are 8-9 weeks of age, but being we use the Puppy Culture Program we may keep puppies until 10-12 weeks.
All of our puppies come with a 2 year genetic health guarantee (witch starts on the day the puppy goes to its new home). Our Puppies are released on limited AKC registration. You may have the option to get full AKC registration (depending on the situation and dog/puppy). After said puppy/dog is two years of age and all health testing Hips, Elbows, DM, etc has been received and said puppy/dog passes (to our standards) at least one performance title (this does not include CGCs, TKN, etc) and we as the breeder(s) agree that said dog is of breeding quality, full registration can then be released at that time for an additional $500 (this price may vary).
We require all of our puppies to carry EshelmanSchwitz in their registered name as stated in our contract.
Our puppies leave us with:
*Age appropriate shots and wormings
*Vet checked
*Microchipped
*Puppy starter pack
*AKC papers/paper work
*Full Embark DNA panel test done (depending on litter)
All of our puppies come with life time breeder support!
Deposits/Waiting lists:
We require a $200-$500 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy/place on the waiting list once the litter is at least two weeks old. We have waiting list(s) for all current and planned litters. We only allow up to six people per waiting list. If you are on the waiting list for a future/planned litter then you will not be required to pay a deposit to hold your spot on that list. If you are on the waiting list for a litter that has been born then you will be required to pay the deposit to hold your spot on that list (you will not have to pay a deposit until puppies are at least two weeks old) If a puppy from the litter you put a deposit on does not fit your needs or we don’t believe a puppy from that litter will be a good fit for your family, your deposit can be switched to a different litter, but please remember deposits are non-refundable. Please note that there will be a deposit contract that will need signed before any deposit can be made.
Choosing a puppy:
Puppies will be chosen in the order of which your name appears on our waiting list/deposits are received.
Picks will be made when puppies are betweek 6-7 weeks of age. If we believe that one or more puppies will be a good fit for your family, you have the option to come meet those puppies after their first round of shots (6-7 weeks old) If multiple puppies are chosen to be a good fit for you then you may pick between them. We will no longer allow visitors prior to the puppies having their first round of shots, and we suggest you do not bring children under the age of 12 do to the possibility of exposure to infection or disease (to the puppies). We would also like you to note that anyone who comes to visit our home will be required to take their shoes off before entering our home as well as wash their hands before interacting with any of our animals. We are doing this for the health and safety of our puppies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however there will be no exceptions.
Delivery:
We will meet if needed the first hour and a half free any additional miles will cost .50 cents and the max that we will drive is 3 hours one way. We also have other transportation options that can be discussed.
Contract:
We do have a contract protecting us (as the breeder) as well as the dogs/puppies and you (as the buyer). There is also a contract that will need signed before a deposit is placed as well.
